Unlock unavailable iPad after incorrect passcodes

If you do not have a computer, use this link Find Locations to find an Apple service location, or ask a friend if you can use theirs. This can be a Mac, or a PC with iTunes. Whichever method you use will result in erasing the iPad. There is no way of avoiding this. You can, however, restore it from a backup as described in this support article --> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes or Devices installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

If there's an option to erase it, you can use that instead.
