I have an apple 16+ and since I’ve started doing some screen sharing at home now all of my videos in my album will not play. it says screen mirroring video is playing on external device, but it is not. I am not connected. Can you help?
Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
