How to clear cache on 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro?

I have an 2019 16in MacBook Pro, how do I clear my cache?

On Safari, first you make active the Develop menu, which is an option in Settings. Then under that Develop menu is an option to Empty Cache.


You can also clear many system-wide caches on the Mac by booting into safe mode. For your model of Mac, you can do that by shutting down your Mac, then start it up holding down the shift key and hold it there until the Mac does boot. It can take several minutes longer than usual, be patient. It should indicate Safe Boot. Then restart normally.
