Apple charging my Account without consent

You would have to provide some kind of details about what you are seeing. The exact description of the charge will determine if it is Apple that is charging you.

• Any charge by Apple will be listed here:

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

• Any charge using Apple Pay that linked to your Apple Card or to your Apple Account would require double clicking the side button with the amount showing on your screen followed by Authorization with Face ID/Touch ID or Passcode. Don't forget subscriptions auto renew until you cancel them a day before renewal or if using a free trial a day before the subscription is set to start.
• Any charge on your Apple Card to a third party is not being billed by Apple.

Apple in Cork, Ireland is the regional HQ and billing for subscriptions will be billed from Cork.

You probably signed up for a free trial and didn’t read the fine print which stated unless cancelled, your trial converts to an annual or monthly subscription.
