OS 16.2 two eSIMs don’t work at the same tim

Since iOS 16.2 my two eSIMs don’t work at the same time. If I activate one, the other automatically turns off.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 26

Especially be certain you have Wi-Fi calling enabled.
