Primary and associated mail address:
I have two similar e-mail address, xxxx@icloud.com and xxxxs@icloud.com. Apple says one is [primary and the other one is associated address. this associated address would not receive nor able to send any messages. How can I activate this so call associated mail address and use it as regular mail address?

What you refer to as an “associated address” is likely what Apple calls an “email alias”.
