How do I delete 'undefined' albums and songs from music.apple.com that keep reappearing?

I need help, as you can tell my music app (music.apple.com) isn't working correctly?! I wish to delete these albums, and or songs. However as you can see it's not allowing me to. They're all saying "undefined" and not displaying any Album Art, etc.

Is there any way I can remove them?

I've tried deleting them multiple times, however when I refresh Safari, the Albums and Songs are back again. This is incredibly frustrating.

Please help!
