How do I release frozen funds for a cancelled MacBook order?

Good afternoon, I purchased a MacBook from you for 1149 euros on the 28th, but the order was cancelled. Order number: W1*****282. The money is currently frozen in my bank account and is in pending status. I contacted my bank support and informed them that the order was cancelled, but they refuse to process the refund and say that you must provide a 6-digit number so they can cancel the transaction. Please provide this number or help in any way to release these funds. They are still pending and there has been no result. I would be very grateful!

This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple or Apple Support directly here, as such you did not purchase anything from us users in these forums.
We cannot provide anything regarding orders here. If they are requesting a code, then it is you who must provide it. nobody else can provide it for you. It would have been sent to you when the order was confirmed to the email you provided during the purchase process.
If you have an issue with an order, you need to contact the Apple Online Store support to mange your order.
