Canon Pixma G3410 AirPrint not working on iPhone/iPad

Hi,

I purchased Canon Pixma G3410 Printer and set it up and connected to my network. When I’m trying to print from my iPhone or iPad using AirPrint the printer not shown. I try all possibilities such as

  • Switch off printer and iPhone
  • Reset network settings on the printer
  • Reset network settings on iPhone and iPad
  • Switch off and on the router
  • Disable and enable Bonjour Service on printer settings

I searched the web for solutions but I can’t find anything to fix this problem

What else can be done to solve this problem?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 26

You have already done most of the “usual” fixes, so at this point it’s about narrowing down whether the issue is AirPrint support, or network discovery being blocked. The big question is this: the Canon PIXMA G3410 is not AirPrint-compatible in many regions/firmware versions, and Canon often expects iOS printing to be done through the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app instead of native AirPrint. So if AirPrint support isn’t actually present on that model/firmware, it will never appear in the iOS print list no matter what you reset.

Let's start by verifying that your printer supports AirPrint. Ref: About AirPrint - Apple Support

Using that link, I found that your Canon printer is NOT listed, and therefore, does NOT support AirPrint. Instead, you will need to use the Canon app for printing from an iOS or iPadOS device.
