How do I remove a virus from my hacked iPhone 13 after factory reset?

The bank the company uses contacted the office and asked for AR. The boss gave me the call and they said someone tried to log in to our account from CO, was it me. I told them no. Long story short, they sent a link that looked valid from the bank and asked for me to click on it. I did and the bank website came up, and then went white with a blue circle, circling. I then realized it was fraud, however too late for my iphone 13. My phone burns through the full charge in 2 hours, and I am not even using the phone. Some of my contacts information was changed, pic and ring tones, also deleted text messages appeared back on my phone. I am suspicious of a virus, how do I clean this issue? If I back my phone up to the cloud and factory reset the phone, isn't the virus just put back on the phone?

You don't have a virus on your phone.

I also suspect your Battery Health may be below 80%. It is only expected to last 500 charge cycles on that phone model.

If you are reusing Passwords, you will need to quit doing that and change your passwords. If you sign into a fraudulent website with one password that is the same as your Apple Account password, then you have to assume your Apple Account has been compromised too.

Your bank account may have been hacked, but your iPhone was not hacked. You did exactly what a scammer wanted you to do. You need to change your banking account password. This has nothing to do with your iPhone.

If your iPhone battery is using the charge too quickly, you have an iPhone which could be 5 years old. If you still have the original battery which came in the phone it likely needed to be replaced some time ago. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if it is at or below 80%, the battery needs to be replaced. You can schedule a battery replacement at your Apple Store Genius Bar (it will cost about $100) --> iPhone Battery Replacement - Apple Support

The battery was fine before this incident on the 30th. Now my battery will be 100% and drops to 3% within a couple of hours and the phone is not being used, no apps running. Before the incident I could charge my phone and use it for answering text and making calls throughout the day and still have 5/8th of a charge.

So what is your Battery Health at Settings > Battery > Battery Health?

Once you get to a point where it needs to be replaced, you will find unexpected results and it may not even start up at some point or quit charging. This can happen all of a sudden after visiting a website, receiving a phone call, clicking an email, sending a message, etc and none of that means the action caused your battery to fail.

No amount of Factory Resetting is going to resolve that problem and the extra power demand to do that on a battery that already needs replacing may be just enough for it to fail completely.

Along with knowing the Battery Health, you can post a screenshot of Settings > Battery that shows the green battery graph along with the top apps that are consuming the battery. The ones noted with Background Activity are using the battery even when you are not using the app or the phone.

And yet, you still haven't answered the question at least two of us have asked, which is what your Battery Health is?
