Problems with PhotoStick Omni app
I have been trying to load the PhotoStick Omni app onto my iPhone 12 Mini. The phone doesn't recognize the app

What do you mean by “doesn’t recognize”? Do you mean you can’t find it in the App Store, or you have downloaded it and you can’t find it on your home screen?
If you can’t find it in the App Store the full name is ThePhotoStick Omni, and if it isn’t there it is not available in your region, or there is a block on it in Screen Time settings.
If you have downloaded it, you can find it in the first free space on one of the Home screen pages, and it will also be in the App Library, the last page of the Home screen, when you can search.
You can also search for it using Spotlight; put your finger in the middle of the screen and drag down to open Spotlight.
