On my mac, the keys 4/R/F/V are almost always in caps and before it was the whole keyboard exept those keys (inversion). I took off the protecting plastic and blow, and now i'm stuck with these four keys in caps and the deleting key is not responding.

From what you described in your first post, that was always going to the case assuming I'm understanding the problem correctly.....only some keys are "inverted" as if they have the Shift key pressed. That can only occur if there is a hardware issue with the built-in Keyboard. Or possibly an external keyboard which is connected...perhaps a wireless one which you forgot is still actively connected?

What macOS version are you running? That might help us better help you.
In newer OS versions (I'm in Tahoe) do System Settings > Accessibility > Motor > Keyboard, see if any of the assists are turned on. If so, turn them off and test.
