Outlook for iPhone does not sync with the iWatch

I have outlook installed on my iPhone 17 Pro. 

In Outlook, I have two Exchange calendars that display simultaneously (in Outlook) properly, however, my iWatch only shows one these calendars.

Both Exchange Calendars showed on the iWatch when I had my iPhone 15, so I know it is possible to view both on the iWatch.  I did not change anything when I transferred phones, but something may have defaulted without me knowing.

One of the Exchange Calendars seems to be mirrored in my iPhone calendar, but not the other. 

The options for iWatch only show one of the Exchange Calendars, the same one that is mirrored on the local calendar.

How do I get both calendars to show up on the iWatch?
