Where can I give feedback for products not listed on “Product feedback” page?

The first item is TextEdit, a minor, less-important app in the grand Apple scheme of things but one I use all the time. Since the Tahoe upgrade, it’s become frustrating to use for a variety of reasons. TextEdit is not listed on the “Product Feedback” page. Where can I give my feedback, complete with screenshots?

The second items is bigger: the new Tahoe OS (& new iOS) is a disaster for visually-impaired users, such as for members of my family! Where can I give specific feedback and suggestions for how to make it usable again? (I've done all the suggestions I've found that are supposed to make it better for visually impaired but none of them really help.)

Thank you for any help with this matter!

TextEdit - Choose MacOS that is found on the main Feedback page under MacOS apps. TextEdit is built into MacOS and under Feedback Area, choose Applications/Utilities and describe in your Comments what you are referring to. You can also use this link: Feedback - macOS - Apple
Mac OS - Same as above. It is on that Feedback page as macOS under MacOS Apps and you can use that same link provided above.
iOS - You would choose your Device on top which for iOS would be an iPhone, then you will see an option there to choose the iOS version and you can leave your comments. Here is the direct link to that page:

Thank you. It didn't occur to me that TextEdit is considered a part of the OS, but that makes sense. I will use the macOS feedback link you provided
