itunes PC version 12.13.9.1 installer (not from Microsoft store)

Where is the link to the PC 12.13.9.1 (latest version I think) from Apple.com?

I know if you go to the iTunes page on Apple.com they now refer you to the Microsoft Store. I have seen that several people have had problems with iTunes downloaded from MS store on this forum and others. One of the posts in this forum had the direct link but I can't seem to find it searching. The version I have from a late 2021 download when this computer was new is 12.11.0.26 and has been updated in place through the years. When I update to Windows 11 later this month I would like the current installer from Apple in case I have to reinstall. I do not log in to Windows using Microsoft Account as I use a local account. I would prefer not to download the installer from a site other than apple.com though that is all that comes up when I search google.
