Apple Music library stuck syncing
Hello Apple Support,
I’ve been unable to sync my Apple Music library for several months. My Apple Music app stays stuck on “Syncing Your Library…” and never completes.
I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including:
• Restarting my iPhone
• Turning Sync Library off and on
• Signing out and back into my Apple ID
• Reinstalling the Apple Music app
• Resetting network settings
• Updating iOS
• Checking storage and subscription status
Despite all these steps, the problem still persists.
Please assist me with resetting my iCloud Music Library from your end, as it seems to be stuck or corrupted. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can access my music again.
