Moving iPhone backup from iCloud

If you have had Settings>Apple ID>iCloud Backup turned on, and you want to restore your phone to this previous backup, then you should look here:

“Restore” is what you do when you buy a new phone, so this safety, if you have it set, requires you to erase everything on your phone and replace it with the backup. iCloud backups can't be examined or used for anything other than restoring the phone.

What exactly do you mean by “move”? What are trying to accomplish?
