iTunes install fails on Windows 10 with eligibility error

I would like to install itunes on my PC. In the past I've always managed the music library on my iphone from other (previously owned) PCs (I'm an indie recording artist and many of my audio files are my own recordings, not available via Apple Music, so relying solely on that service is not a viable solution for me). My current laptop is a 2024 Dell running Windows 10 Pro. I'm trying to install itunes on it, but when I open the install file I get an error message that says "We couldn't verify your eligibility for this app." Then I'm redirected to the Windows Store, where the software continues to fail to install (retry button, and "give us a few minutes" message, which I've tried a number of times).

Any help would be appreciated--thanks!

Was what you were trying to install initially from the Microsoft store, or the stand alone EXE file?

If you have not tried it I would go with the EXE file...

If you scroll down a bit and click on "Windows" where the page says "Looking for other versions?"

That's all I've got ....
