M3 MacBook Air iPhone Mirroring: WiFi drops from 6 GHz 160 MHz to 5 GHz 80 MHz, no internet

When I start iPhone Mirroring from on my M3 MacBook Air to my new iPhone Air, The WiFi drops from 6 GHz 160 MHz to 5 GHz 80 MHz. iPhone Mirroring actively works while I get disconnected from internet. I also do iPhone Mirroring to my old iPhone SE. Same WiFi switch happens but I don't get disconnected from internet. I have both 5 and 6 GHz under same AP name. There is a new setting in the iPhone Air's WiFi settings WiFi 6E set to automatic.

Many things are broken for me after transferring from my old iPhone SE to iPhone Air. For people that will have the same issues, I reset all settings and then you have to re setup Face ID even though your face is recognized. Otherwise the setting for iPhone Mirroring won't even show. Now I don't seem to lose internet connectivity when using iPhone Mirroring and it turns out Apple's service for iPhone Mirroring doesn't support 6 GHz yet as of now. 5 GHz 80 MHz max.

Never mind, it's still happening. When iPhone Mirroring, both iPhone Air and MacBook Air gets disconnected from internet. After ending iPhone Mirroring, MacBook Air didn't revert back to 6 GHz 160 MHz, but changed to 5 GHz 160 MHz and still had no connection. Had to toggle WiFi on/off. I don't know the state of the iPhone's WiFi as we can't see it.
