Siri is not selecting the most applicable contact for handsfree talk and text
Issue: Siri does not select the most applicable person when saying “Hey Siri, send text message to [insert name].” Or “Hey Siri, call [name]. This worked prior to the v26 update.
For example, I have 3-4 Jenns saved in my phone. One is in my favorites with multiple text messages a week. The others I speak with maybe 3x a year. I expect Siri to attempt to match with the individuals I most commonly connect with first. It does not.
Another example: Before the last major update, I could say “Call Mom&Dad Last Name”, which called my father. After the update, it kept calling my mom (not listening to the full contact name). So I shortened it to just “Dad Last Name”. Now it attempts to call my brother and my grandma and someone I haven’t spoken to in years. Never my dad.
Why isn’t it listening to the full name? Why isn’t it checking if this person may be in my favorites? Why isn’t it checking for someone I call or text a lot according to my history? I can no longer handsfree contact the people I connect to the most.
