How to add Epson TM-m30III Receipt Printer to AirPrint on iPhone?

It never mentions AirPrint at all. It does say it is compatible with iOS devices using a USB C connection.

Does the box say "AirPrint" or does it say WiFi?

It is WiFi capable, but not AirPrint compatible. If you believed it was AirPrint compatible, you were misled.

I checked and the printer in question is not AirPrint capable. So you can't connect an non-AirPrint capable printer to AirPrint on your iPhone. Perhaps you might want to look for a printer which meets your needs, which is AirPrint capable.

Then contact epson and ask them. That is not an Apple product. Apple is not responsible for making it work the way you want it to.
