Apple ID age is incorrect

This is a user to user only forum, not Apple Support. But neither Apple or any users here have access to make changes to your Apple Account. This link will explain how to update the birthdate in an Apple Account --> Update the birthday associated with an Apple Account - Apple Support

If you are unable to do this, then you have Screen Time settings turned on, which will not allow you to make changes to your account. And if that is the case, your settings may be managed by your parents as you are a minor and you'd need to get help from them.

Since you’re a minor, a parent or guardian may need to directly contact Apple Support directly to have the age corrected.
