Focus setting not blocking Microsoft Teams calls

I have been using the Personal 'Focus' setting to block Microsoft Teams notifications after i have finished work. This was working up until about 6 months or 1 year ago, then all of a sudden Teams calls would still come through to my phone when the Focus setting was enabled. Teams chat notifications don't come through, however the Teams calls still do. I have contacted both Apple and Microsoft Teams to let them know that the calls aren't being blocked, but have not had a response. Can anyone please help me, is the issue on Apple or Microsoft's side? How do I stop the calls coming through? Thanks

Blocking these Callers:

Use ScreenTime and Hid Unknown Callers:

If you have no use for Microsoft Teams, then you may want to just block it, while you have no use for it. In doing os, MS Tems will play not part. All this will com through is these calls. So, if you don't know who they are, then they'll continue to come in, unless you were to decide to hide unknown callers. If you get a call from someone not in your contacts list, then it go to Unknown Callers in your call log.

A. Using ScreenTime:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: ScreenTime
  3. Toggle On: Content & Privacy Restrictions
  4. Tap: Allowed Apps & Features
  5. Google Off: Microsoft Tems

B. Hiding Unknown Callers:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Apps
  3. Tap: Phone
  4. Toggle ON: Unknown Callers
