Focus notifications not silenced

We understand your specific Work Focus isn't silencing notifications from contacts like you have set. Let's work through a few steps that could help. We'd recommend deleting that Focus, then re adding it.

1. Tap Settings > Focus > Work Focus.
2. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Focus.
3. Back at the Focus screen tap + in the top right.
4. Choose Work.
5. Tap Customize Focus.
6. Tap People to add the contacts you want to allow notifications from.
7. Test your device.

Reply back if the issue persists after deleting then adding the Work Focus back. We look forward to hearing how it goes.
