How to return an iPad for credit after 14 days due to unresolved issues?

I bought an IPadPro Tablet for my granddaughter for Christmas. It has not worked properly since she began to use it a couple of days after Christmas Day. We have made three trips to the nearest Apple Store to get help and they cannot resolve the issue. How can I return the IPad for credit to my card?

We persisted, and after much time on the phone, finally got

to an Apple manager who agreed that Apple should replace the faulty iPad. They did see

the records of our three visits to the Apple store in Jacksonville trying to

get it fixed. Thankfully, the first trip did fall within the 14-day

"return" period - barely since we bought the iPad Dec 15 for a

Christmas present. It sat wrapped under the tree for 10 days. Faulty iPad now

in transit back to Apple and replacement iPad is heading our way.

That is good news! The AppleCare coverage that is free for the first year is used to fix a faulty iPad, or replace if necessary. That is why it was not clear when you said Apple could not fix it. The 14 day return period is only to get your money back from the purchase.

You are not conversing with Apple here. We are all just fellow users and can do nothing for you. After the 14 day period you’ll need approval from Apple to return it. After the 14 day period you still have the one year warranty that comes with every Apple device. Apple Store saying they can’t fix it sounds wrong but you haven’t told us what the Apple Store says they can’t fix. If it really can ’t be fixed the warranty should provide you with a replacement iPad at no charge.

What is the issue? Please explain. Without you telling us what’s wrong your entire story falls apart. Why are you not willing to tell us what ‘can ’t be fixed’?

You don't since it past the 14 days return policy.
