Where is the ProRAW menu on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

I’m facing an unbelievable situation with Apple Support regarding my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The ProRAW and Resolution Control settings—which were previously available and working perfectly—have completely disappeared from my device. Apple’s official guide still explicitly states:

1. Turn on ProRAW & Resolution Control.

2. Tap ProRAW Format, then choose an option.

To resolve this, I have already updated and even performed a full factory reset via iTunes, but the feature is still missing. After escalating this to the engineering team, I received an absurd response: They admitted their website confirms these steps should exist, but claimed "it will be used this way from now on." They even stated they would update the support pages to delete these instructions just to match this missing functionality.

Instead of fixing a software bug that removed a core feature on a flagship device, Apple’s solution is to change the manual to cover up the flaw. Deleting a professional feature and gaslighting the user is unacceptable.
