Safari constantly reloading pages after IOS 26

Remove the VPN app, restart, snd test the browser again.

Some “coffee shop” VPN apps have remained seemingly active while disabled, causing issues.

If you have an ad blocker extension installed, disable it as a test.

If there are any add-on VPN apps, remove all, restart, and test again.

Try resetting Network Settings according to Reset iPad settings to their defaults - Apple Support.

Try creating a new network location according to Use network locations on Mac - Apple Support. Same problem?

Some (all?) commercial VPNs alter certain network settings that remain altered even after the product is removed.

As though lumping iOS and macOS Safari into the same ASC topic wasn't bad enough, they made the version numbers the same.
