Can I restore my unused Apple Music free trial?

I’m contacting you regarding the 3-month free Apple Music trial that was included with my account. I never activated or used this offer, and I recently noticed that it is no longer available.

I would kindly like to ask if it is possible to restore or reissue the unused trial period, since it was never redeemed.
