I'm sorry. I'm not going to try to read an enormous, unpunctuated block of text. Even looking at it makes my head hurt.

If you have an issue with someone trying to steal your intellectual property, contact an attorney who specializes in this. They will be able to tell you how best to proceed. Trying to get "evidence" on your own rarely ends well.

Sorry, but the information that you provided in the link is not helpful to show where anything has been compromised. If you do believe your Apple Account has been compromised, then follow the steps here:

The link you posted points to a very tiny picture of an iPhone. Could you explain the relevance to this question?

I'm sorry. That post is really hard to understand without punctuation.

Again, it's not clear what you think that picture is or how it's related to your problems. If you believe someone is claiming the rights to music you have written, you need to consult a lawyer.

so, I wrote 3 albums worth of music in 4 months. had them all recorded and saved on a secure app that has to send a code to my phone anytime it has to be unlocked, I had the lyrics saved in my apple notes locked and that app requires face id then on December 7th & 8th I noticed a few of my recordings ended up in the files on my iPad and iPhone, being that it was only a few I wasn't alarmed and just deleted them thinking maybe I hit something wrong. I continued to record and set up my albums when on January 18 I noticed almost all my songs were in the files that is when I panicked. I immediately locked down both my phone, and my iPad called apple and they told me everything looked fine. (Here is where **** gets weird) I'm going through a divorce or starting too anyway and i wake up one morning to find a few audio recordings on my phone of me while i was sleeping and i could hear myself pushing my dogs away. i thought maybe i fell asleep with my phone and hit something. when i am talking to my friend who was hanging out that night, she said i didn't fall asleep with my phone i had left it in the kitchen and when she left, she set it on my nightstand in case someone called me in the morning. at this point my security cameras have been clicking on and off so much that I thought they must be out of sync with the Wi-Fi and i called my buddy who does that to come look. he checked everything out and alerted me to the fact they were all recording to the rate of fort Knox way beyond what was programmed. we reprogramed them and I went on with things getting more creeped out by the day. then i noticed my phone kept making the screen recording sound and the orange light coming on, i looked it up and was reading an article about how someone figured out how to "screen mirror" through someone else's phone with very little hacking, so that got me thinking about the cameras and when I opened my app the password was different.(gets really nerve racking) all of a sudden all 4 of my emails start sending alerts of security so i go fix it and again boom passwords were being compromised in minutes. that's when I realized whoever is behind it is in my camera app, my email, my phone and the cameras in my tv's. now I'm ****** called the cops because it's most likely my soon to be x and her new guy, so I call her and say something she denies everything but does say a couple things that make me think it's her. I find a couple credit cards open in my name and a bunch of music apps that I've never used open in my email but I'm not the most tech savvy and by the time i figure all this out I double check all my security for everything and notice that my phone is not verified (not sure why apple didn't say that) but there was a issue with the email on my apple id so i called apple again fixed all that but now i have to do all thew investigating if i want to catch them and this link was in a OneNote of my wife's where she used to talk with this guy through some hidden message BS and it screams evidence at me because I'm the only one with a 17 and i seen something on GitHub about remote control of a phone when reading about it unfortunately I'm a musician not a computer guy so I don't know how or where to get the evidence i need they have downloaded every song in the time it took me to figure that out so I need some smart techy people to help me figure it out. since my apple id repair the only thing, they've touched is my camera app Thank You in advance for any help
