What to do if my iPhone is hacked?

Today, quite by accident, I found a tracker (blues.com) had been opened on a tab in my browser and left pinned…

I decided to manually delete the tab/pinned tracker (blues.com) but at the last moment I thought, “maybe I should get a hold of blues.com Support and find out exactly what they do.”So I started to write an email, but got interrupted. Save draft. 30-ish minutes later, guess what? Apparently my iPhone/account has been hacked to the point of UNRECOGNIZABLE.

My draft to blues.com has been deleted. Also, my email account has been deleted and reloaded. My iCloud account/password has been changed.

I reached out to Apple Support but the Support does not seem normal…

The Apple advisor I spoke to uses the phrase, “yeah, see that’s not the way things work.” and she used this phrase over and over again. I felt like I was talking to an angry little punk, who would rather be doing anything than talking to me at that moment. Then, she wanted me to download another app in order to screen share.

Right?! I didn’t feel like this was right. So I ended the conversation there. My issue did not get resolved and furthermore, I didn’t get an email with my Apple Support case number either.

I am really in a pickle and I’d like to have some help. Has anybody ever encountered anything like this before? If nothing else, I hope Apple at least will be monitoring this and maybe they’ll reach out to me? Help please this is really seriously scaring me.!
