If you have an Adobe CC subscription, Lightroom v 6.5 & Lightroom Classic 13.5.1 are available and run on Ventura. Check in your Adobe Creative Cloud app to verify their availability for you.

The latest versions (LR 9.x) and (LRC 15.x) require at least macOS Sonoma.

You cannot use the current version of Lightroom on Ventura. It requires Sonoma or later.

The current version of Lightroom Classic will run on Ventura, but I would not count on that lasting for long. Adobe tends to support only "the most recent three", so I expect they will drop Ventura support the next time that there's any sort of update to Lightroom Classic.

Adobe has articles describing system requirements for previous releases, but I do not know if those releases would still be available, even on an unsupported basis.
