iTunes Connect setup for UK company requires US tax IDs

setting up an iTunes Connect to sell digital books . We are a registered ltd UK company. I provided the legal entity name for the organisation and the Duns number and the registered address phone number and support URL there are no issues with any of them . the only two fields that are incomplete are the US tax Ids and so I cannot move forward even though the form has automated the fact the business is a UK business. How do I resolve this ?
