The lock screen says dnd and the moon icon is to the left side of the screen up top. When I tap the focus, it has no option to turn it off. It doesn’t do anything when I look at the modes. None of them are set up, though I did go in and add all of anyone I could possibly think of to be able to call through when yet they cannot. I added every app to make sure that it can still send notifications to the one that won’t turn itself off. Nothing‘s working. I have powered the phone on and off three times I’ve done everything except a factory reset and I have to do that, I will just get rid of the phone. I do hear the part of it is just T-Mobile because no devices I’ve had from them. I’ve been what they should be for work like other people‘s phones who were the same exact phone on a different provider. I’m beyond frazzled with this thing, I’ve gone a solid year with an S 25 galaxy that never operated correctly and they had to replace three times finally switched back to iPhone after a decade and it is still just a paperweight
