Focus will not shut off

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Plus. All of a sudden, Focus appeared in the upper left corner next to the time. I followed the instructions shown in the community guidelines from last year, but they didn’t work for me. Can someone please help me resolve this annoying problem? Thank you very much.

Open the control center and tap on the moon icon inside the Focus button and see if that shuts it off.
