Focus won't go off

I just recently, about 2 months ago, started to use Focus and have the problems now that I see are very common, which seems to have started with a recent update.

I was able to get the Focus to go off, once by turning my iPhone off. But this morning, no matter what I do, Focus stays on, even though I physically turned it off in Settings.
