Since the last update my phone doesn't always ring. Sometimes it sends callers straight to VM before I ever get a chance to answer it. What is the fix? NO, IT'S NOT ON SILENT.

iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > Phone > scroll down > Unknown Callers > disable, if it is disabled, please momentarily enable and then disable again.
Restart your device and issue should be resolved.
