Bill with old phone imei number

On the 8th of this month, I trade in my Apple 14 Pro for an Apple 17 Pro at Burlingame in San Francisco. My invoice has the serial number of my old phone on it, and to use it in my country, I need to upload the IMEI of my old phone to the system. Therefore, could you please send me a new invoice with the old IMEI?
