IMEI number transfer for iPhone 7

I bought my old phone from u.s (iphone 7), I'd like to change and buy a new one now but due to the regulations in my country i need to keep my old phone's imei number, is it possible to do that?

IMEI is tied to the hardware.

It can’t be moved or changed.

Bill with old phone imei number Hello, On the 8th of this month, I trade in my Apple 14 Pro for an Apple 17 Pro at Burlingame in San Francisco. My invoice has the serial number of my old phone on it, and to use it in my country, I need to upload the IMEI of my old phone to the system. Therefore, could you please send me a new invoice with the old IMEI?
