I cannot find VPP tokens in ABM to save my life. Spent 2 hours on this today. Everything says preferences> Payments and Billing > Apps & Books and then click on content or VPP tokens. I see nothing about content or VPP. I am an administrator. Did this move? Are there other permissions I'm not familiar with that are causing this issue? help!

The path is correct. Choose your account > Preferences > Payment and Billing. On the Apps and Books tab, you should see a section called Content Tokens. Your initial token should be there. Press the Download button.
Are you new to AB? Or has this been running for a while? You might want to try a different browser or a private browsing window just to see if this is a caching issue.
