iPhone 13 sound and volume buttons not working after updating to iOS 26.2.1

sound not working on iphone 13 after updating to ios 26.2.1. when I open youtube insta and tikok the videos dont play en stay stuck because the the sound is not working this crashes and laggs the app and Eventually my whole iphone and when I adjust the volume with the buttons it has an delay of couple seconds. But when I use my new airpods 4 it doesnt have this problem and everything the sound the lagging doesnt happen and my iphone works perfectly fine. So what to do I have tried everything

So the usual question: are you running a VPN, and if so please completely uninstall it. Check Settings, General, VPN & device mgmt for a profile.

For example on insta de reels start playing without sound but when I turn the volume the vid reels stops playing and the instagram will begin lagging for youtube and tiktok the videos and tiktoks will load but wont play if click on them because they always have sound so it’s impossible to use tiktok or youtube

It’ll roll globally over the next 24 hours. If you’ve been using the iOS 26 beta you’ll need to modify your settings to see the Public version.

Still hasnt fixed the same isue apps still lagging videos with sound still stuck and lagging my whole is still lagging

I talked with apple support and they said to reset the whole iphone with macbook but I did that and now finder wont start the reset so my iphone is now stuck with the connect to macbook screen so….
