Troubleshooting iPhone Charge:

Visit the following links for tips on troubleshooting this...

I. Go Apple-for-Apple, when it Comes to Charging:

Many take for granted the price-saving of using third-party cables and chargers on a device. But, over-the-years, it can make a difference. So, go brand-for-brand (Apple-only devices) when it comes to charging an Apple device.

II. Try what is on this Link: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't Turn on or is Frozen - Apple Support

III. View the Battery Health:

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Battery
  3. Tap: Battery Health
  4. View: [the percentage]
  5. Is it 80% or less?  If so, it is time for a new battery.

IV. Perform a Restart:

Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart.

Update to iOS 26.3:

iOS 26.3 has been released roughy half a day ago. So, perform the update, seeing if charging is then fixed.

IMPORTANT:

Back Up First: Before installing the update, be certain to back up your iPhone prior to installing the update. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update. Create a new backup, after the update has competed.

HOW TO UPDATE;

Other than directly through the iPhone itself, you can do so using a computer, and though Cellular. Use my User Tips:

excuse my response, but i actually don't need a bot answer, i know all about those troubleshooting steps, the power brick works with the rest of Apple's type c devices (airpods & e.t.c) but stopped charging the iphone after 26.2.1

Plus going to 26.3 isn't the answer for it is untested for this bug, whether it is going to fix it or going to make things worse, it is a risk that is not willed to be taken at the moment.
