CarPlay has not worked since the IOS 26.2.1 update. I have a 16 plus, and before the update, I used the cable, and CarPlay would be on the list to choose from. When the problem started, I followed directions to forget Carplay in order to re-establish it. Now the spooling circle continues without CarPlay finding my car, 2025 Mazda CX-5. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

About iOS 26 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 26.3 is the newest iOS version
and "This update provides important bug fixes and security updates."
The infotainment / stereo / system on the Mazda CX-5 may need a firmware update from time to time, in order to remain compatible with your iPhone. You can check in the system itself, to see if there's an update to download ... or check the vehicle's manual for firmware info. . or check the manufacturer's support website for info. or downloads.
