iPhone SE3 photos not accessible from PC after iOS 26.2.1

I just updated my IPhone SE3 to IOS 26.2.1 and all of a sudden I cannot access my photos from my PC any more.

What changed and how could I reverse this?

When downloading photos onto my PC, I accidentally hit "do not trust this computer" I do trust the computer but now I cannot download my photos from my Iphone. When downloading my photos from my iphone onto my PC, I accidentally hit "I do not trust this PC." I do trust the PC. I cannot download my photos now. Is there something I can do to enable me to download my photos onto my PC?

Photos from iPhone are no longer being shown on iPad. After my iPhone upgraded to iOS 26, new photos taken are not showing up on my iPad. The iPad is also running iOS 26.
