Contact app doesn't work properly

Hi! I just changed from Android to an iPhone and I'm having an issue. I already logged in with my Google Account and checked that the contacts from my Google is toggled on, but now I'm facing this issue where my Contact list doesn't show any contacts and even doesn't let me add new ones. What should I do?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26

If your contacts are still in your Google account, you could Go to iphone Settings, Apps, Contacts, Contacts accounts and add your Google email address.

You can include just the contacts, or include Mail, Calendar, whatever you used on the droid.

If you prefer to have them transferred to iCloud you can use a browser to export them to a csv then import to iCliyd, but that is not usually what Google account users want

Actually no. I had a different number on the iPhone and already had it running all my apps etc. I just changed the number from the provider and now the whole contact-app is broken. I can't add or find any contacts which I should have cause I have logged onto my Google-account etc.

Change of SIM or number
