There is no eSIM option on my iPhone 14

There are two primary reasons an iPhone won't offer eSim capability:

1. The phone was manufactured for either China, Hong Kong or Macau which don't support eSim at all
2. Your carrier either doesn't support eSim or your account hasn't been provisioned for eSim

As razemee209 suggests, contact your carrier. To check the model of your iPhone, you can go to Settings > General > About > Model (tap it to reveal a number like A2162) and then reference that number here --> Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support
