How to unblock websites when settings are unchanged?

How to unblock some websites. The setting hasn't changed. Reader is on. Pop up blocks is off.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 26.3

Thank you! I actually followed the steps provided by Apple Support : Safari-> setting-> privacy-> Manage websites->search for blocked websites -> click remove—> reload websites . This has worked well and all my blocked websites are back on.

What message are you seeing on the screen?
Turn off Content & Privacy restrictions at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy
Do you have any Extensions do you have listed at Safari > Settings > Extensions?
What website are you having trouble with?
Do you have a VPN installed? That may have to be removed, not just turned off.
