Safari tabs in 'TABS' group closed unexpectedly on iPhone

Feb 15th 2026, iOS 26.3, iPhone 13 Pro Max: I woke up this morning to find all the open tabs in my “TABS” group, except the two I opened yesterday, have been closed without user input. But, all the tabs in my Named “Tab Groups” are still available. I have checked my safari settings for the “close tabs” option and it is set to “Manually” and I am not using private browsing. What happened!?
