iOS 26.3 Open URL Automation gone?

I’ve updated to iOS 26.3. I had a shortcut/automation that passed a script as URL…then opened that URL.

Somewhere the ‘OPEN URL’ shortcut vanished. Has it been revised/renamed, etc…? My automation runs, but then stops as the open step is gone.
