Unable to block callers after update 26.3

I am not able to block any callers on my phone app. I block a number, it shows as blocked but when you go back and get into the menu again, it’s unblocked. It’s simply not working. I have about 5000 numbers in my blocked contacts and it’s been about 10 days that I have not been able to add more numbers to it. Any idea guys? How to fix this
