MacBook Air Storage: Cannot delete listed app
In clearing out space on the storage of my 2020 Macbook Air, I discovered that the largest application taking up space is one that does not actually appear to be on this device. Below I have included a screenshot from going to System Settings > General > Storage > Applications and this is the list of applications taking up space in my storage. I have blocked out all of the other apps in the screenshot to show that the largest application taking space (at top of list) is The Jackbox Party Starter, an application that does not actually appear when I search in Finder, Applications, or use Spotlight Search for this device. If you look to the bottom, you'll notice that it does not allow me to select "Delete..." for this app when highlighted, and when I select "Open Uninstaller" nothing happens. I tried looking for the folders listed at the bottom as well, but nothing exists on my device titled "Steam" or "The Jackbox Party Starter." This is all from a game I purchased several years ago and deleted (or so I thought).
Can anyone advise what could be going on with this ghost application and how to actually delete it so I can free up the storage?
